Rebalance, realign, be present physically and psychologically in our SHAPE room. With a maximum of 15 people, our intimate SHAPE classes offer hot and non-hot yoga, Pilates and mindfulness sessions, delivered by our experienced coaches.
Bend me, shape me anyway you want me! Boost your physical and mental health and wellbeing, not to mention flexibility and breathing, by practicing yoga in our SHAPE room. Open to all levels, our Yoga sessions can be particularly beneficial to reduce high blood pressure, aches and pains – including lower back pain – and manage depression and stress. We offer both hot and non-hot yoga.
Get the moves like Jagger – or someone who can actually dance (sorry, Mick!). Our Pilates sessions aim to strengthen the body, improve your posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, and relieve stress and tension. For athletes and dancers, Pilates can complement training by developing whole-body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury.
Mind Free Space
Our team work better when our minds are free, and we want to share this experience with you. Free for people living, working and learning in the city centre, we’re offering free 15 minute meditation classes which will run at 12.45pm every day from Monday to Friday.
